Assistance with Dressing,
Bathing and Grooming
Independence, safety and peace of mind,
these are the goals of Advantage Home Care. Many elderly
or disabled clients can perform their own bathing and personal
care - and at Advantage Home Care our philosophy is to encourage
our clients to remain independent by continuing to do as
much as possible themselves. However, imagine the comfort,
reassurance and peace of mind, for both our clients and
their family members when they know that a trained caregiver
is standing by for assistance and safety supervision.
Some supportive tasks
we provide to our clients are:
- Assistance to and from the bathroom
- Testing of shower water to insure
safe water temperature
- Helping put on and take off support
hose
- Helping with dressing and undressing
